Absolutely love this place! You can literally see the care that goes into every dumpling — fresh, handmade, and steamed to perfection. Just look at that steam in the baskets — everything comes out piping hot, juicy, and full of flavour.
Portions are generous and the value is unbeatable. It’s honestly rare to find dumplings this good, this fresh, and with such solid serving sizes without paying fine-dining prices.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the casual vibe makes it easy to relax and enjoy great food. If you’re expecting silver-service, you’re in the wrong place — this is real comfort food made with heart, and the price is more than fair.
A true gem and one of the best local dumpling spots. I’ll definitely keep supporting them and coming back for more! !🥟🔥

The cafe greeted me with a “closed” sign on a wide-open door - turns out the staff simply forgot to flip it. Fair enough.
Communication was a bit tricky — it’s a Chinese kitchen, and the staff’s English was limited. Normally, you’d expect numbered dishes or a bilingual menu to help, but that wasn’t the case here.
At first, there was no music — then they turned it on briefly, only to turn it off again. It left the space feeling awkwardly quiet, like they hadn’t decided whether they wanted ambiance or not.
Food arrived fast — the wontons were on my table within 10 minutes, and I have to say, the wontons and pan-fried dumplings were genuinely tasty but then first major issue - no napkins. Not on tables, not near the sauces.
Then... the problems started floating up — quite literally. With the door wide open and no insect screen, flies were buzzing in, and I found a moth swimming in the soy sauce. The floors were visibly dirty, as the tea cups, and although I’d love to believe the kitchen is a different story but experience says otherwise. It was also uncomfortably warm inside, despite a breeze from the street.
No one cleared my table for over 30 minutes. When I pointed out the moth to the smiling staff member, she simply apologized - with a big, cheerful smile.
It’s clear they focus more on takeaway than dine-in, which might explain some of the oversight - but doesn’t excuse it.
And while some might cheekily call the moth a source of extra protein, in reality, it’s a serious health concern - one that blurs the line between quirky and a visit from the health department.
Probably won't be back

Yesterday, I found a great Chinese restaurant.
My family and I had dinner there. We ordered some pan-fried dumplings and dry wontons with spicy peanut sauce which was delicious. My kids loved it, too.
The service were lovely. They were quite busy with take away food . Although we waited for a while, but worth it .
I highly recommend this place.
Definitely we will back again.

Amazing food, from what I tried. I had the Cheeseburger fried dumplings, and, the Cheesy pork & corn steamed dumplings. I dined just after 11.30am on a Friday.
On arrival, the place was cute, it was clean, very small. There was a lady making fresh dumplings in the far corner. The tiny little service counter I found to be tricky to get staff attention. Also, the staff seemed stressed, and busy, but I was the only person there (to begin with). They opened at 11am. I placed my dumpling order, and also tried to order a boba milk tea, but was advised the boba wasn't ready yet. So, I settled for a coke. These weird really loud alarms kept going off, like, loud online orders maybe? Again and again and again. But, only 1 person came to pick up an order in the 40-minutes I was there. So, I'm not sure what it was, or why the staff were so stressed out.
There's only 5 tables, and 3 of these (2 were in use for the dumpling lady), are 2-person seated tables. So, not alot of seating options in peak eating times. Once 12-midday hit, people started to come. The tables filled up fast.
The dumplings were great. Super affordable. Really tasty. Atmosphere was a bit average, but, it was clean. I'll go back for the great quality dumplings and try something else on the menu too.

Worth the 45 minutes drive. Can’t fault the food. Tasty and delicious. Went back for second. Don’t judge the shop. It’s small and cosy. Service is fast and food comes out at the right temperature. Love love, love the combination of the spicy peanut sauce with the pork prawn wontons 🥰 so filling. Definitely walk out of the shop satisfied
